These Terms of Use govern your use of Budgeteen, a mobile app that helps teens 13+ learn money skills, track income and spending they enter themselves, and explore educational hustle ideas and curated job or internship examples. Budgeteen is not a bank, debit card, payment processor, or employment agency.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Budgeteen. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the app with a parent or guardian's awareness, especially before applying to paid work or sharing contact details online.

Educational purpose only

Budgeteen provides educational content about budgeting, skills, and possible teen-friendly work ideas. Job and internship listings are curated examples for learning - not job offers or hire guarantees. Earnings ranges and examples are illustrative. Results vary. We do not guarantee income, employment, clients, or financial outcomes. Budgeteen is not a bank, broker, tax advisor, or employment agency.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for following local laws and platform rules when pursuing gigs, and for keeping your device secure. Do not use Budgeteen for fraud, scams, or illegal activity.

Safety

Hustle and job listings include safety notes for a reason. Never pay fees to unlock a role, never share banking passwords, and involve a parent or guardian when contracts, payouts, or in-person meetings are involved. Report listings that look unsafe using in-app report tools or email support@trybudgeteen.com.

Crew-suggested hustles are user-generated content. They are filtered on device, queued for a person to review, and never a live job post. You can report or block a contributor. Community rules live in the app under Legal.

Intellectual property

App design, lesson text, and curated directories are owned by Budgeteen or its licensors. You may use the content for personal learning. You may not scrape, republish, or resell our lesson libraries as your own product without permission.

Premium features

Budgeteen is free. Every skill track, brief and money tool is included, and there is nothing to buy inside the app. If you subscribed to Budgeteen Pro before it went free, cancel it in Apple subscription settings so you are not billed. Results still vary; free content is not a guarantee of earnings.

Disclaimer of warranties

Budgeteen is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tax and legal topics are simplified education, not personalized advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budgeteen and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Termination

You may stop using Budgeteen at any time and delete local data from Settings or by uninstalling. We may update or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where local law requires additional consent.
